Role Overview

As a Telesales Expert, you will call new and existing sellers, explain Leadmate’s services, and turn enquiries into paying clients. You will be the first voice many sellers hear from us, so clear, honest and confident communication is important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call leads from our website, WhatsApp, social media, webinars and referrals, and follow up promptly.
  • Understand each seller’s needs, such as GST, platform enrolment, trademark or logo, and recommend the right service.
  • Explain service packages, pricing, timelines and required documents clearly.
  • Handle questions and objections with accurate information, without making promises we cannot keep.
  • Follow up on interested leads until they decide.
  • Close sales and hand over new clients to the operations team with complete details.
  • Update every call and lead status in the CRM or Google Sheet.
  • Meet daily call and weekly conversion targets.
  • Share regular feedback on common questions and market trends with the team.
  • Reconnect with past clients for repeat services and referrals.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or telecalling, preferably in services or e-commerce.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English. Another regional language is a plus.
  • Confident, polite and persuasive on calls.
  • Comfortable with targets and with making a high number of calls daily.
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business skills.
  • Good listening skills and the patience to follow up.
  • Knowledge of GST, trademark or e-commerce selling.
  • Experience selling to small businesses or sellers.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
