Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for team members
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Maintain office cleaning and hygiene on regular basis
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Draft and send correspondence, memos, and reports as required
  • Assist with data entry and management of databases to ensure accuracy
  • Support other staff with various tasks to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
