Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the clients’ needs and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainable partnerships.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and market trends.
- Stay current with e-commerce industry developments and competitor strategies to inform account management practices.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong understanding of online retail and e-commerce business models and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using leading Sale enhances software and data analytics tools to track account performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
