Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to benefits inquiries.
  • Help organize training and development initiatives for employees, including tracking attendance and feedback.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an HR role or administrative function is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
