We help businesses with new GST registration, enrolment & Management on domestic marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, and trademark registration with or without logo creation. Our cataloging team makes sure every seller’s products are listed correctly and look their best.

Role Overview

As an E-commerce Cataloging Specialist, you will create, upload and maintain product listings for our seller clients across all leading Domestic platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, JioMart and Ajio, and on quick-commerce apps such as Blinkit, Zepto, InstaMart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now. Accurate, well-written listings help products get approved faster, found more easily and bought more often.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create new product listings using each platform’s category templates and guidelines.
  • Write clear, keyword-rich titles, bullet points and descriptions.
  • Fill in attributes correctly (size, colour, material, HSN code, GST rate, MRP, and so on).
  • Set up variations, bundles and parent-child listings.
  • Upload and organise product images and videos, and check they meet platform standards.
  • Run bulk uploads with Excel or Google Sheets and platform feed tools.
  • Fix listing errors, rejections, suppressions and quality alerts.
  • Update prices, stock and content when clients request changes.
  • Check that listings follow marketplace policies and category rules.
  • Coordinate with the design team for images and with account managers on client needs.
  • Keep a tracker of listings created, live and pending for each client.
  • Experience with fashion, home, beauty or grocery cataloging.
  • Familiarity with quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).
  • Basic image editing skills (Canva or Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of GST and HSN codes.
